Keyword groups data map
Necessity of keyword groups
If you have a long list of keywords, the methods to effectively review them include i) keyword classification, ii) sorting the keyword list, and iii) searching for keywords by entering search terms.
Limitations of sorting
However, sorting etc. is based on the first word of the keyword, which is often a composition of multiple words. So, if your targeted expression is in the middle of the keyword, or at the end, sorting alone will not filter out the original keyword.
Limitations of Keyword Searching
On the other hand, PatentPia does offer the ability to search for keywords within the list of keywords provided. However, in order to enter a search term, you need to have it in your head. If you don't have a search term in your head, you won't be able to search for it.
Why do you need keyword groups?
A keyword group is a pool of expressions that are composed of one or two commonly used, high importance words that are included in many keyword expressions. A single keyword (especially a long keyword) can be mapped to more than one keyword group.
